We can provide you with Routine Operation & Maintenance (O&M) to ensure your septic stays in proper working order. This helps out the environment and your wallet. Letting your septic system go unchecked can lead to slugish performance or even costly failures.

We provide O&M on any residential or commercial wastewater system. We are licensed through the Virginia Department of Professional and Occupational Regulations (DPOR) and carry our experience into the field with us.

The Virginia Department of Health (VDH) has established new regulations that require any home or business that has an Alternative Onsite Sewage System (AOSS) to have a contract with an O&M provider for the life of the system. VA Soils, Inc. has been maintaining wastewater systems since 2007 and can provide you with compliance assistance or answer questions you may have about the new regulations. We do offer several different O&M packages that can accommodate your needs and fit your budget.
