Virginia Soils, Inc. is a prefabricator of Wastewater Treatment Units, pump stations, Pressure Manifolds, and UV Disinfection Tanks. Everything built is according to final design.

All of our Residential Wastewater Treatment Units (Aqua Safe Brand) are built at our warehouse according to the designers specifications. Virginia Soils, Inc. will build the Aqua Safe model unit with the specified control panel and pump tank components (if applicable).

We build custom prefab pump stations, complete with pump, floats, force main, and control panel. Control panel can either be shipped loose or mounted and wired on-top of the pump tank, ready for connection.

Our Pressure Manifolds are completely custom built down to the size of the fiberglass box that we house the manifold assembly in. We build our own fiberglass boxes, which gives tremendous flexibility to the designer.

“The UV Turtle” Disinfection Tank consists of a 100 gallon fiberglass tank with a UV bulb and UV bulb housing inside, along with a fine bubble diffuser for post-aeration. We use a 1.25 cfm compressor and a control panel that houses the UV bulb’s ballast that is also able to alarm when the bulb becomes weak. We can also fit the unit with a pump if you are unable to get fall to your discharge point and integrate all controlling functions of the unit into one control panel.

Virginia Soils, Inc. provide our clients with a craftsman’s outlook on fabrication with an attention to detail. We will work with you from conception to the Operation and Maintenance of the component. We also work with designers on the fabrication of custom fiberglass components.
