Tell Me More (Septic Protection Program)

Virginia Soils, Inc. now offers an optional Septic Protection Plan along with our residential O&M service contracts for up to $25,000. This plan helps to eliminate concerns about the possibility of tens of thousands of dollars in repair or replacement costs in the event of a system malfunction. Below is a summary of the program:

Item Terms and Conditions

1. Plan Holder Customer

2. Limits $25,000 per loss $25,000 maximum benefit per Protection Plan

3. Coverage Form Service Agreement

4. Plan Term -3 years for existing systems

-5 years for new systems (builder, installer responsible for first year)

5. Coverage Repair or replacement (caused by a malfunction)

6. Deductible $500 per covered loss; paid by customer

7. Protection Plan Provisions Transfer to new owner by completing one easy form

8. Major Exclusions Negligence, abuse, rust, corrosion, liability to a Third Party, costs incurred in gaining access to or closing access from a covered item, damage to the physical structure of the residence

9. Customer Renewals System must be pumped and a visual inspection performed (cost of inspction and pump-out included in VA Soils, Inc. package)

10. Customer Sign-Up Procedures Questionnaire completed by customer and site inspection completed and signed by certified inspector (i.e. VA Soils, Inc.).
