O&M Service Contract (What does it cover?)

O&M service contracts are available with Annual, Bi-annual or Quarterly visits to your septic system. The first initial visit is to inspect the system and sign the service contract. Then routine visits begin according to the O&M package you choose. The most basic package is our 2-year Annual Visit Service Contract. All O&M service contracts provide you with 24 hr. emergency service on alarm conditions. We will remedy situations that can be mitigated within 1-hour of our arrival. After the initial 1-hour, labor rates will accrue. Price of replacement parts not included in service contract.

All routine O&M visits consist of a 24-point check on your system to ensure that all mechanical parts, filters, and piping are working properly and in good physical condition. We inspect the disposal area for over saturation Water quality is also checked to ensure that the Treatment Unit is performing correctly.

Discharge packages will vary on the number of visits based on what county the wastewater system is located. Certain counties have their own local ordinance that govern discharge systems.
